As an update ModusLink does repair the A and P board as of 6/10/2015 when I checked for $198 for A board. Do not recall P-board cost but it was less.

What was the resolution on this issue. I have the exact same issue and likely cause. I got a supposedly repaired and certified A-board on Ebay and instead of the dark grey screen, solid LED, and powered (green LED) SC and SS boards, I get no SS/SC board LEDS and 10 blinks....Leave a comment:
