Additional info - I disconnected the SS board and still 10 blinks. I then disconnected the SC board and then 7 blinks.

panasonic plasma tc-p50s2 red light 10 blinks
I have a Panasonic plasma tv that the power light blinks 10 times. Upon reading other threads, I decided to replace the power supply board. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem. I read that you need to isolate the SS and SC board but was not sure how to do this. -
