found U101 shorted bn d to s both, probably there was an electrical problem on the site that caused a spike, and the screen didn't lit the power led. found AO recommends 4620 instead. living in GMT+2 area, I have difficulties in getting this part.

shirt=short, sorry, keyboard mistake. Yes, it didn't work at all, fluke 75 meter.
measured short d to s on u101, .3-.4 ohms, that explained 7815 not function. R17 measured 5-6 ohm, as sleeved, unable to proof correctness.
according AO 4620 replaces 4606. the point now is living in GMT+2 area, it's difficult to get parts. ThanksLeave a comment:

dis soldered pins found 7815 and 2xdiode good. opened suspected route until U101 4606 seems cousing trouble. i am GMT+2, plese, what is that 4606 ? Thanks D.Leave a comment:

In my 700p I dismantled the power board as the green power led didn't come on. Found shirt across cc000331/litai504, (looking for data came to this site) unable to identify. Now seem to be part of filter. Now found short over 7815 in to gnd, and short of 2xdiode D6 also one cap looks swollen. Not handling screens normally. Any advise accepted.Leave a comment:
