Any ideas? I could use some help with determining where to go next. Sorry, I also referred to the wrong model number. It is model number E320VL not E321VL.Re: Vizio E321VL backlight 2 seconds to black

  • Vizio E321VL backlight 2 seconds to black

Hello All, noob here! I'm working on a Vizio E321VL. The tv turns on and comes up with the Vizio logo and then the back-light goes out after about 1 - 2 seconds. I can put a flashlight to the back and see that the tv is displaying correctly but, like I say, there's no back-lighting. I have checked the connections and resistance on the secondary winding and found there to be some difference between the two. I'm not really sure where to go from here. Bulbs or board trouble-shooting. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Not to mention, saving money is a plus as well. Right now I'm...
