OK The set was totally dead on arrival. I Checked for short on main power input (A) and it was fine. Checked the three components under heat sink a found MOSFET had blown. replaced the MOSFET and applied the power. Checked output to main board and have the three 12Volts on the output.

Turned on the set and had the standby red LED pressed the standby button and got a green LED.
But no picture. Got my bright LED Touch out and shine it onto the display and could see the main logo moving across the screen. So I have no voltage on...

I get 6 flashes from the led on pressing the remote power button.

Hi all.
I have searched this site with no luck.

I have a Samsung Model LE40R87BDX/XEU
With a faulty main board.

Can any one help with a Schematic Drawing.

Failed with power supply clicking. Replaced caps also had to replace eeprom
could not reset it for man or beast.

Hello All I have replaced two caps on power board,
and done the eeprom reset, gone into service menu set tuner to auto and scrolled to reset and enter by scrolling right.

The set reverts back to standby. power back on and do a tuner retune, but cannot get it to display any found channels.

just static on screen.

Any help with this.
