too little info there buddy,
first you should plug it to an external display, if there is not image, try cleaning the ram/motherboard and reflowing the CPU, also try to reflow the bridges.Leave a comment:

I was just struggling with this, and i think that the minipro tl866cs programmer does not support working on low voltage (1.8v) SPI EEPROMs like this one in the Aspire E1-510.
