I'm really sorry for reposting what has had like a thousand links (seriously, I've read 5 different posts on this).

I've determined as you would guess that my panel has the SC board failure.

It was giving a 4 blink code. Unplugged SC kept giving 4 blink. Unplugged the SD and all of a sudden I've gotten a 6 blink code. So that all makes sense even according to the service menu.

This is where I get lost. I have no idea how I should go about testing the board to figure out what is and is not working. I've read posts where there...

Hello. I'm Jer. Recently required a "broken" TV. there's a wealth of information here, sadly I just started out on all this, and I don't even know how to measure transistors. I wanted to pick up a new hobby, and this seems like there's quite the curve to get into.

Also I find it amusing that they asked to keep it down because it could easily hit 100 pages, and we are now onto 500 pages..
