Total value of computer with AMD Athlon XP 2000+, AOpen AK77-333, 384 MB DDR333, 20 GB HDD, CD Burner, 250W FSP is less then $30. Profitability is the most important thing!

For more expensive motherboards I use Rubycons and Chemi-con from local resellers (Distrelec, Farnell, Ecom...). And I agree - buying capacitors from Chinese eBay is gamble.

There is limit for new members... I'm new member since Jun 2006.

I was deceived. :-( Seller offered "brand new, never used, original..." capacitors.

Do you know about cheaper option how to fix it 10 year old motherboard AOpen AK77-333? There were two options:
a) trash
b) gamble with Chinese seller and extremely cheap capacitors

It's not joke, AOpen says: "Lelon is kind of quality brand"

Everything is better than Lelon. All of used capacitors (proclaimed...

A few days ago I got to fix office PC... with no value and Lelon craps. I was use some older capacitors from my own stocks and buy extreamly cheap capacitors on eBay.

tc -> why you don't change small craps (10/22/47uF etc.)? Bad/used caps on board are diferent characteristic then new and have higher ESR value then new. As well as generate noise - it important use quality cap near clockgen. I recommend to use cheap ZLH rubycon (in EU on [url]www.distrelec.com[/url] ) or FM/FC panasonic (for US avalible on [url]www.digi-key.com[/url] )

Yes its true, PII mobo's are 150-200KHz and lastes MB are higher

It's standart feature on polymers? I meansure 20mR on elyts (used Nichikon 4,7mF HD)...

I unsolder 4 Oscon polymers 1200uF/4V SVP from Sapphire Radeon 9800XT. This card run 6 months with no problems but my friend short circuit by screwdriver - one memory smoke up (card work on 2D fine but in 3D have artefakts)

I test caps on RLC testing bridge [I](maybe corect translate?)[/I], but mine is too old (made in 1970) - available two testing frequency 1KHz and 100Hz.

measure:
1250uF / 43mR
it's correct on 1KHz or bad testing method or bad OS-con cap I unsolder 4 Oscon polymers 1200uF/4V SVP from Sapphire Radeon 9800XT. This card run 6

What is a PCB revision?
What is i brand other caps (near memory, PCI, etc...). On mine is OST (bad brand).

I have two MS-6570 ver1.0 and both of them is unstable with Hi-end CPUs (Barton 3000+ & 2800+) with low-end CPUs run fine (duron 600 & 1600).

I can only buy Jamicon, Hitano (EXR series)them over here.
I use Hitano and many of board after replacing working. But many of combination with OEM HW (such as ManLi, PC-Chips...) and higher power consumption is not 100% stable....

Hi, where i found specifikation od Chhsi "HK" series?

I have some never used MSI boards for OEM market (MS-6168, MS-6140)with iZX/iLX chipset. Caps is´t inflated. MS-6140 is unstable. 4pcs of MS-6168 after 1 week using has don´t woring

(sorry for using uncorrect thred and my worst english level)
