Looking for help on my mom's Samsung LN46A500T1F. This was [URL="https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?p=559298"]previously fixed[/URL] with a replacement Tcon board in 2014.
Lately it has been getting slower to turn on, it goes through like 3 attempts to turn on after I push the power button on remote. When it does turn on, it goes through a period with alternating lines of static, then finally goes to to ok picture and works fine from that point on until the next time it is off for a period of time.

Posting this for a friend:
Samsung UN50J6200 recently went to purple streaks and double images. The problem persists on all HDMI inputs and when the TV menu is accessed.

Here is a video of the problem. Weirder than I thought. It has this slow motion stutter step to the moving image. Everything seems to take place slowly when moving around menus too.

Friend gave me a Sharp LC60LE650 LED LCD HDTV with weird red streaking in the image.

Ok, I had problems with pads lifting as well. I lost 6 pads in the process. (Should have had more patience with the heat gun)
Anybody think this is worth trying to jumper all those connections? The three adjacent pins seem pretty difficult given how small these pins are.
What kind of wire is good for this sort of thing? Any tips on how to solder wire to a pin with only two hands?
