I have Samsumg LE37B535P7W with BN44-00301A.

And the problem is the same in thread:

= Backlight does strobe-effect or doesn't turn on at all somedays.

I already chanced the two large 450V electrolytic capacitors to new ones.
Problem was gone for 1 day.

I think I need to chance diodes or ICs.
I'm newbie at these things, but I'dd like to learn these things too

I have 37' Samsung LCD TV (2009). I have wrestled with it now for a year.
