2408WFP Power supply component
Hi,
Hoping for some help. Newbie here.
A component on the mains section of the 2408WFP PS blew up on me this morning.
It's marked MF 715D-15, TR601 on the board (Thermistor ?).
I can't find it anywhere on the net, so I was if someone knew it's value and eventually with what I could replace it.
I've included a couple of photos..
Thanks for the patience and help !...

Re: Smd diode code
Hi
thanks to all for the replies. Very very appreciated !
Yes I am measuring them still in-circuit (mea culpa !). I was going to remove them to test again and make sure they are okay.
Does anyone know of a good reference for the codes of the smd capacitors I could check out to decipher the codes and perhaps complete the schematic.
Thnaks again !

Smd diode code
Hi,
looking for some help,
does anyone know the value of these smd's D604, D6655, both faulty ? Are they zener diodes? I've included pictures of them
They're mounted on the power supply board of a Dell 2408WFP.
I was wondering also if anyone knows the values of the smd capacitors (which are unmarked)

Re: Dell 2408 power problem
Hi,
I am in very much the same situation, but I haven't changed anything yet. I tried some simple measurements and it seems D701 and D703 "seem" to be faulty, so I will try to change them .
Have you taken any readings?

Re: Dell 2408WFPb / 2408WFP - No Power
Hi to All,
I am in much the same predicament as Sparrow.
I have a very very very basic knowledge of the matter, but thanks to these forums I have successfully repaired several monitors, except for this one...
The readings (very basic VOM) seem to quite regular throughout the board (comparing them to previous/other threads except for the diode D701 & D703 which seem to be giving a value regardless of how I place the tester leads on the pins.
The only thing I haven't tried is measuring the Vcc value of IC601 as...
