Hi Audioplus. Do you remember what make model capacitors you used when replacing on your samsung tv? My LN52A650 is doing the exact same thing.

Just recently stopped turning on. It just clicks on and off repeatedly. Searched Google and had no idea so many people had the same problem. I bought it in 2008 so I'm happy it's lasted this long without any issues. I'll be even happier if it will only cost me a few bucks to replace a couple of bad caps.
