Hello, i have Acer TravelMate B113 series netbook.
When I connect power supply, voltage of PSU drops from 19V to 0,5V.
Input connector is not shorted.
I discovered two bulged caps, which is shorted, but the problem is not in capacitors.
Power supply is definitively good, working on another notebook and this netbook doesnt work with another PSU.
Can someone help me?

I will post some images soon.
Interesting fact is that, after few restarts the TV works whole day, until powering it off for some hours. Glitches are not input dependent. Maybe on TV tuner its glitching less, but still glitching, especially on HD channels.... -

Hello,
this TV works perfectly, but everyday i must made about 3 restarts.
Because if i turn it on, it hangs, or making sound and picture noises and FullHD signal over hdmi causes freeze and blue/black screen everytime.

Is it caused by capacitors/stabilisators?
I measured capacitors and they have good esr/capacity, i add some more capacitors to 12V rail, but its not helped.

I solved it in non-proffessional way.
Just adjust more brightness, so the noise is no more visible (because it is hidden in gray, gray pixel uses all three subpixels), but the gray is new black
...

The situation on pic 4 happens only few times, usually when screen displaying white screen (youtube webpage etc...) for more than 30 minutes or if i watching movies it appears randomly after 5hrs, 2hrs or 2 days. Hello,
My panasonic TX-L37S10ES wont turn on, the PSU gives standby voltage, stanby light and optical out is lighted up. After turning on light and optical out is powered off and the TV doing nothing, no sound, no picture.
Have someone schematics for this TV?

Hello,
my acer aspire battery is dead, I tried to replace dead cells, but battery still not works. Is it possible to reset the battery?
In HWInfo battery shows correct voltage, wear level 65 percent and current capacity 0 percent...

Hello,
actually I have no idea, why the standby PSU gone. Maybe it was killed by desoldering these parts in red frame. I desoldered capacitor and transistors for measure and then soldered it back, maybe i overheated them during soldering.
The transformer in green is for standby PSU.
Yes, i getting cca 400VDC on main filter cap.
