Well, of course the fuse blew when i plugged it in. Am i safe to just buy a whole new main board and replace it and it should work?

Thanks alot for the help everyone.
Is it safe to put a 4A 250v fuse into the TV instead of the original which was 4A 125V?
I literally cannot find a 125v ANYWHERE near me, only 250v's.

After a recent power outage my TV is showing no signs of life, so i decided to open it up and found this.
Will replacing it hopefully restore power to my tv? :s
