Appreciate the suggestion but, at this point, I'm done baking boards. As I said, I reflowed the solder on just about every component on the video board.
At this point, I'm looking for a definitive answer on which of the two boards is the problem as replacements are in the $30-60 range.

After hours searching and reading these forums without anything conclusive, I'm ready to throw in the towel. But, first, thought I'd run by this forum my symptoms and what I've done.
TV powers on, shows startup ('SCEPTRE') and displays pix/sound fine. During the first 15-20 minutes, the screen will flash a horizontal line several times and then with a 'click' the pictures goes off. Sometimes it will come right back on; other times it'll power down and I have to restart the sequence. Sometimes the video...

Reflow the GPU. I own a computer repair shop and lately have found a lot of laptops can be revived by heating (reflowing) the GPU. Even did one that was showing bad CPU!
