HELP!!!! Read through multiple threads but unable to find the answer that I need. I have a picture with oil slick, lava lamp look black blotchy areas that fade in and out. Also green, purple, red, blue dots moving about the screen.
Tom66 guide talked partially about Timing but never could find the details on that. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the warm welcome! Just a Firefighter that likes to repair things when they break as opposed to throwing them away when it may just be a "blown" fuse. Look forward to learning new tricks. Thanks, rrsandmn
