Still no feedback from my previous forum question on my Sceptre monitor so tested further. After replacing all the caps in the Power Supply and getting a voltage drop when plugged into the Interface Brd, I took off the cover to the Interface Brd and can't see any caps. Attached is a picture of main area. Tested the voltage with the plug in the board and got 1-4v pulse reading off the red or green wires. When the power supply wire is unplugged at the board interface I get 4-5v pulse red wires and steady 2 v green wire coming from the plug, whose wires come from the power supply. Since I get a difference...

Initially LCD monitor would go on for less than a minute and go black with power light green. Replaced all the caps, including the 120uF-400v, since several had leakage, but mistakenly reversed the polarity on one of the 470uF-25v caps. Powered up with no light and blank screen. Found my mistake and corrected the cap. Also replaced the one fuse. Still black screen with no power light. Check the voltage output of the PS and got 5v on the last two poles, which I should have. Then I put the PS back in and plugged in all the wires. Still black screen and no power light. Checked the voltage PS output...
