Can you help me with my PUHUI BGA IRDA WELDER T-890, I had a power failure and my T-890 was in full operation and operating at high temperature. when the power came back on my T890 wouldn't turn on. I check the fuse which was good, next I check the heater plates but I'm not sure if what I measure is good or bad. should I post the problem to the forum?

Re: Tools for the job
It happens to us all shame you already have it as you have the right to cancel under closed diatant selling laws . These are something I follow closely . Im doing somw promos this weekend 2 for 1 on solder balls and by the way my amtech is orginal not fake no holographic rubbish here newtothis can vouch as he got some from me plus its stored in a fridge so its all nice and good

Re: Tools for the job
Thanks for the order . B.t.w the ts1 has the new magnetic base . Bigger magnets than before the hontons as advertised are sourced from a large manufacturer so they better be genuine otherwise that manufacturer will loose their right to sell in the e.u . As per site that is my best price. Products will be shipped first thing tomorrow. £725 is my price this includes shipping costs and because they are already here in the u.k there are no duty fees to payLast edited by BGA Rework Store; 04-24-2015, 05:54 PM.

best way to remove fets is low melt alloy soak it in and they get nice and wet eaiser to remove than heat alone

Re: BGA non direct stencil help
think of a grain of rice put that amount on flux should be genuine if its amtech and got a holographic sticker (fake ) I dont sell fake amtech full of cheap crap , But if its orginal a grain of rice size and rub that all over the chip is more than enough, remember good flux is very tacky so little is best , also if you have been using alot of flux you may have clogged the holes on the stencil for stencils I sell the 9050 from aoyue drop those in job done , you can drop down .5 on solder balls but its down to flux and stencil use , dont panic when...
