    Also I have included a picture of the P-board. It looks as though maybe 2 of the three 220V/900microfarad capacitors at the top may be a bit heavy. not sure if they are bad, how to test, or if that is an issue regarding no 14V due to no schematic or more detailed troubleshooting guide....

    I have the same TV and the same problem. So instead of making a new thread I'd like to ad on here and hopefully it will help the other gentleman out. I have attached the 10 blink before power button pressed flow chart from toms serice manuals. I have followed all directives on it and found myself at NO 14V at Pin1 of Connector P10 on the P-board. I would much rather find the exact fault instead of replacing the whole P-board, as I was trained to troubleshoot faults and replace components as part of my job in the Navy.     I have the exat same tv, when I plug it in it gives the 10 red light blink. only thing is, three relay clicks are heard all together. 1.2.3 there is no space between the second and third click. What doses this mean? what can I do?
