  • Re: Sceptre x322bv-hd powers up w/sound-but no picture

For future reference... Glued down caps in MIP320FL-2:
    EC10 - 220uf, 35V
    EC14 - 10uf, 50V

  • Re: Sceptre X322BV power supply

    Replaced all lytics in power supply except EC1 - 82uf, 450V; EC2 - 10uf, 50V; and EC14 - 10uf, 50V. BTW, EC10 is 220uf, 35V (replaced). No joy. I suppose it could be a polymer.
I will proceed to replace the rest of the lytics. Then try hair dryer/ coolant spray again to induce/pinpoint problem.
Hi dbdezyne... Any progress? Does your panel stay blank for 10 min. following logo, then AOK, or eratic horizontal noise in video for 10 min? Please tell me more... Thanks for your input

  • Sceptre X322BV power supply

...erratic video on a Sceptre X3222BV TV (random horizontal lines and color blocks, video fallout, jerky video). Picture is fine after about an hour. ...Put a scope on 5 and 12 volts, and found substantial spikes that subside after an hour, corresponding to video problems. I suppose that it could be anything on the power rails, but most likely power supply MIP320FL-2. So going to swap out the lytics. A couple of questions, though:
Does anyone know the values for EC10 and EC14? Can MIP320FL-2 be replaced with MIP320FL-Q3?
Great forum! Looking forward to sharing...

  • Re: Sceptre X32

Can mip320fl-q3 be used to replace mip320-2??. They look the same (same PCB). But I do not know the specs.
    Thanks
