I only have a cheap multimeter but they are making a connection still. I tried the 3 red fuses they all seem ok. Thanks for your help guys so far

I took off the back plate and under are these 3. Under that is the screen.

Ye the fuse is good, there ins't really anything I missed in the other pics there are more boards under these I am going to take it off now.

Phillips 26PF5321/10 dead
Appears to have no power no lights come on etc. It slowly died over a few weeks it would take 5 mins to turn on but now nothing. Any ideas where to start? I can add pics/more info if needed thanks. -
