Hi thanks for waiting. I had some programming to do before i had time.
The fuses are ok, do you think it might be the transistors(mosfets). Im gonna use the post here to test them but from what the inverter board looks like, they look shorted out. Any chance I could replace them individually or should I just get a new inverter board?

I have removed some of the glue which resulted in the LED going solid Blue.(from flashing led)
But here i have some pictures of the inverterboard

Hi everyone.
I'm pretty new here. This site seemed to have the best community, so i joined here.
I recently received a monitor that I wanted to fix up. The 2493HM Samsung. There's been a lot of posts here, about the capacitors but when I opened up mine, the caps were nice and pretty. The monitor itself is has been lightly used, so I was wondering about a few things
-Previous issue: monitor LED flashing- Bought new caps(in transit right now) but after opening it up(and finding the caps looking fine) and putting it together it the LED stayed solid so I assumed it was the inverter...
