Pro-Ject Turntable TK30 Debut Carbon Motor IC
If you have a failed motor IC, Type ILA7056B , that's used in these Pro-Ject Turntables it's a clone of a TDA7056B audio IC which is a lot easier to obtain. -

Hi,
I've attached a photo of the part from one I've here, it seems to say AFD , the D looks more like a backwards C though.
Sorry I can't get a better picture of it.
