Re: Transistor or V regulator identification - help
Thanks for the answers, but the schematic drawing is ok (attached the new foto of the resistor 8061 connection). The transistor is burned (have fuga) and test the junctions of this transistor is not correct....

Transistor or V regulator identification - help
Hi, need help with identification one transistor(or maybe voltage regulator). I need to replace it.
MMBT2907A ???
The transistor is burned and is from car's gas analyzer machine that have problem with the display....

Re: Cap identification - help
The resistance between the two legs is only 2.47ohm (maybe you're right - it is inductor).
I checked with LCR meter and measured 7.4uH
Where can I find information for this component?...

Cap identification - help
Hi, need help with identification one cap (from Mercedes immo module). I need to replace it.
I think that is 6.8nF tantalum SMD capacitor, but don't know nothing for the voltage. (http://www.iequalscdvdt.com/Markings_and_Codes.html)
Please confirm me, if that is 6.8nF tantalum SMD.
If in my town the electronic store haven't one cap of 6.8nF (50V), can I replace with 2 ceramic caps in parallel – 1x(2.2nF, 50V) + 1x1x(4.7nF, 50V) = 6.9nF?https://Hi, need help with identific...6.8nF tantalum...

Re: Diode identification - help
All fine, with replace the diode (with MUR420) and point the broken line!

Thx!
I also don't understand the circuit.
Tomorrow I will replace it and report here....

Re: Diode identification - help
Thanks guys!
The diode is connecting as the blue and purple lines (as the image - tested with desoldered MOSFETs)
Only ES3D (https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/4fbebe3956f0335330cc758e98402ea4.pdf) in corresponds 100% to the parameter of the diode (the marking code and the size).
In the PCB visually detected 2 problems (marked in yellow) – the diode and burned/broken line bottom of BUK9624 (the drain). The diodes 9XW, JSs, WT6 are tested. The N-channel MOSFETs - BUK7624, BUK7614 and BUK9624...

Re: Diode identification - help
Thx stj! SMBG110C and SMBJ110C are TVS diodes, if is TVS diode probably will be TPSMC18 (by Vishay datasheets), but standard use of these diodes is to protect ICs and normally they are grounded, but this is not. The small (marked as ED 4C) is grounded. I sent email to Vishal, I hope to answer me quickly.Re: Diode identification - help

Diode identification - help
Hi, need help with one diode marked as ED 51 (Mercedes ABS module). I need to replace it, it's blown. It's Vishay diode size DO-214AB. From Vishay web page datasheets I don't found this diode.
I thought this is TVS diode, but it's not grounded. I Don't know!Hi
