On the subject of 2493HMs, can anyone tell me what IC107 on the logic board was? That part is bubbled up and the legend unreadable. The logic board number is BN41-00962A. The IC in question is adjacent to the smaller of the two cables that connects between the power supply and the logic board. I can make out "7..26" on the top row and '321{3 or 5}D' in the bottom row.

I'm Steve from Burlington, VT. I have 40-some-odd years of electronics technical and repair experience. Hoping to get my recently-departed Samsung 2493hm back and running. I think it's a "yellow glue" arcing problem, since it smells like burned phenolic and has no bulging caps.Leave a comment:
