I did, thank you. Not certain exactly what the problem was, but I ended up removing all the cables and components from the TV and re-assembling them. After that, the TV starting working again.
I assume it was a loose connection somewhere, or some other intermittent issue that may rear it's head again at some point, but the unit is working fine for now and that kept me from having to buy a new TV, so I'm calling it good haha....

Hi All. Sorry if this is a little long, but I've done a bit of troubleshooting already and would like to list the results I've encountered so far.

I have a Samsung LN40A630 LCD TV that just started having an issue the other day. When I turn on the TV, I get various colored, vertical lines moving about the screen, as well as some static looking horizontal lines/waves that also randomly run through the screen.
Eventually, if left on for a couple of minutes or so, the lines will fade away to a blank screen with the backlight noticeably still on. If I leave the TV alone and let...
