Long time lurker and first time poster as im totally stumped! Please help me!

I have a 2010 Samsung PS50B530 (PN50 in USA?). Its always had an annoying buzz, but recently it has gotten louder after a house move (not at high altitude). Its a 50Hz electrical noise which is louder when on brighter scenes. The TV is plugged in on its own and i have tried different power cables, ferrite cores etc.

Last night i removed the rear panel and tried to isolate/pinpoint the noise but to no avail. I tried moving my ear and then using a wooden spoon to attenuate...
