Re: Samsung LN46C630 Thin Vertical Lines on entire screen
So I just turned on TV. It was OFF since last evening. And I suddenly saw the same problem. So this time it even didn't need to warm up. I decided to flex the panel. So I grabbed a top side of the panel and pulled it towards me. And then boom! The problem disappeared before I even started flexing it.
I don't know how to explain this issue. I left TV on and will wait. Maybe this problem will come back later....

Re: Samsung LN46C630 Thin Vertical Lines on entire screen
Oh, I see now. Thank you!
Ok, I'll try to disassemble my panel and check tabs.
And finally here is my video which shows the problem. I didn't record this video from the very beginning, but when I turned ON my TV everything was fine, then the screen begin to flicker a bit and then you can see colored vertical lines. Please watch it to the very end and you will see that after a picture test turns off automatically you can still see that picture on the background and vertical colored lines on the foreground:...

Re: Samsung LN46C630 Thin Vertical Lines on entire screen
My internet connection here is super slow, so the video will be uploaded in 3 hours, thus I'll post a link only tomorrow.
But unfortunately I didn't understand what do you mean by "tab bonding". Please could you explain it using different words. I also wonder how could I fix it? I have only these tools: multimeter and soldering-iron.

Re: Samsung LN46C630 Thin Vertical Lines on entire screen
Here are some pics showing the the problem with my LN46C630.
When I turn on TV everything is OK for a several minutes. Then after it warms up first I see some flickering then I see vertical lines.
Also when a test picture turns off you can see that "no signal" message doesn't properly moves on the screen. There is a lag.
2 pics show how everything looks like BEFORE my TV warms up and another 2 pics show the problem AFTER it warms up.
I also made a small...

Re: Need Help! Samsung LCD TV LN46C630
Yup, here OP didn't follow up.
Maybe I didn't describe my problem correctly, but in this thread it is perfectly described:

There OP put his Mainboard in the oven and it worked. But I'm just going to make pics and video. Hope to upload it within an hour.Re: Need Help! Samsung LCD TV LN46C6...s thread it is

Re: Samsung LN46C630 Thin Vertical Lines on entire screen
Ouch! I have same exact problem. I will try to upload a pic or maybe make a video soon.
I already disconnected a cable between PS and Main, then turned TV and I saw a backlight which was steady (no flickering). Then I connected that cable, but disconnected a cable between Main and T-Con. Same thing - backlight was steady.
I will now connect that cable back and will turn TV on and I want to load test picture. then I'm going to make photos and possibly a video.

I have similar issues with my LN46C630. I wonder if the problem described in this thread was resolved or not?
