Sorry it's taken so long to reply. The board I had ordered was the wrong size for the TV so I had to wait to find the right one. Finally got one a month or so ago and it has been working ever since.
Budm, I'll have to take some time and get those readings for you later this month. Thanks.

I have finally found a replacement power supply and will trythat once I get it and let you know if it works.

So, after some more testing, I am sure that there's a faulty component on the power board, but have yet to identify the culprit.

As far as I can tell the capacitors all look good on the PSU and MB. But there may be a bad one that isn't apparent visually.

Yeah, the soldering on my MB is the same way.

I've been having this exact same issue and am still searching for the solution. I've uploaded a video of what's happening to youtube (Vizio E3D320VX screen goes blank, audio works: [url]http://youtu.be/w-rmnytFVQU[/url]). When it first happened, I was able to get to work again for a while by unplugging the power cord and letting it completely discharge and sit for a few hours. It would work again for a few days, then go blank again. I was able to do this a few times, but now that has no effect. The mainboard was just replaced, but no change....
