I just got the same lcd with the same problem, I see nothing bad on the board so I expect its something with the ic chip or the fets. Please reply if you have found the problem because I dont want to throw out a nice lcd screen.

Oh man I just found this cool thread so I had to register and im also in need of help. One day I was riding my little 41cc scooter and found a 22 samsung lcd on the grass it was all wet so I opened it up to dry it then found 4 bad caps and I already replaced 2x 25V 820uf caps.

Still need:

2x 25V 680uf

I hope the lcd is fine and I haven't tested it yet but dose anyone know where to get them for cheap and good quality? Im going to try Digi-Key and parts numbers will be great too.
