Re: sharp aquos lc-70le757u screen is red like lava, slow refresh rate.
That's what I'm thinking. What's the best course of action? Take the boards out and sell them? Sell it as a whole?

Re: sharp aquos lc-70le757u screen is red like lava, slow refresh rate.
Here's a side by side of my original and what I ordered. The video port on the one I ordered is smaller and won't fit. the part number also ends in a 02 instead of a 20.
This was my fault as I did not pay attention to the pictures before ordering.

Re: sharp aquos lc-70le757u screen is red like lava, slow refresh rate.
OK thanks, I was thinking it was the panel but I wasn't sure. The picture is so messed up I can't even see the menu on the screen.
It's covered up by red "lava."
I was actually a dummy and placed the original T-CON board back in and then looked at the one I ordered and it's a slightly different model causing the video cord not to fit the board.
Is it worth ordering another T-CON board or do you think it's the panel?

sharp aquos lc-70le757u screen is red like lava, slow refresh rate.
I have come across a 70 inch sharp aquos lc-70le757u 3d tv. I have replaced the TCON board and I'm still having issues with the tv. Please see the attached picture to better understand.
Thank you.

Re: Philips 47PFL7422D/37 backlight comes on, sound works, no picture.
Thanks for the responses and sorry for the late response. I don't have any tools to test but from what capkid said and seeing a few videos I'm guessing it's the T-Con board. I have ordered a replacement so we shall see. Thanks again everyone! I was about to give up on this thing. I will update the post once the replacement board comes in.

Philips 47PFL7422D/37 backlight comes on, sound works, no picture.
I was given an older Philips 47PFL7422D/37 that was no longer working. The TV turns on, the speakers make the "pop" noise, the blue power LED is solid, the green lights on the mainboard are not blinking erratically or anything but I cannot get a picture to come up at all. Pressing the Menu button does not display anything on the screen. I have found a way to use the Menu button in combination with the channel button to switch inputs and the old yellow, white, and red connection is producing sound but no picture.
Any ideas?
