Hey Guys,

I have a Vizio E321VL tv that once turned the Vizio LED at the bottom turns from amber to white. The Vizio Logo flashes on the screen for about 2 seconds then goes away and about a second later the backlight goes off and never returns.
With a flashlight you can see the screen and know that it is on. The Volume still works but the back light is out. The only real trouble shooting I've done is reseeded the cables and looked for any physical damage and could find none.
Has anyone ran into this problem before and maybe point me in the right direction?

I'm having the same issue but once the Vizio logo goes away and the screen goes black it still works except you can't see anything. I've reseeded the cables from the mail board to the back light board. When I get home I will try reseeding the IR Board and see what happens. Besides that does anyone know what is going on, why the backlight would work for a few seconds and just turn off?
