Conclusion (in case anyone is still following this thread):

[*]I was not able to find anyone online who was interested in repairing this model of board.[*]My soldering skills are not good enough to try it myself [*]I took it to a local shop and they offered to "rebuild" the T-CON for $195 and offered a 60 day warranty. Since I can get a new TV with equivalent specs for about $500 this will be the end of...

The link to Tri State Module is the right part but if you click to actually try to buy it, then it says out of stock.

Thanks for the video link.

TV is now totally dead. On power-up the standby light flashes 14 times.

I tried reseating the connections to the t-con board. No luck.

Based on another thread I read, I disconnected the t-con board and tried powering up. Back to green LED and backlight.

Here are images of the labels and boards. I'm having a hard time finding a replacement board for sale.

Can anyone tell me which number is the best part number and/or...

Hi Folks -

After 6 years this TV is giving me problems.

Symptoms: after some period of use (could be minutes or hours) TV gets vertical lines, distortion, and a green cast. Power cycling it will fix the problem.

I haven't cracked open the case yet. From reading other posts, it looks like the T-CON might be the problem. Any insight or suggestions?
