I assume that the c-board is a pcb or pcbs along the bottom edge of the back of the panel with ribbon connectors trapped into them. Apologies for demonstration of ignorance!

Hi folks - first posting on this forum, so I need to hijack a thread with a similar problem. I have an LG 50PK590 which has developed a broad vertical black line initially about 3" wide but has now grown to 9" wide right in the center of the screen - arggh! I have spent a fair bit of time reading previous responses and tom66 refers to a C-Board as being a potential problem. I have the back off and would be grateful for advice....
