First of all, thanks! I have changed the caps now (all of them, small & big) and the monitor is working!
I have bought the caps from a shop in my town and they didnt have low ESR, so i tried it with normal caps (Its written "Antel" on it).

Would you recommend to change them immeadiatly to ESR, or can i go on with the normal CAPS until the monitor brakes up again?

Hi,

i picked up this thread cause i might have the same problem (my monitor also buzzing like in the video).
I didnt change any cap until now.
For me it looks like the big one is fine (no bulge), ony the smaller ones have a little bulge. (you can find 2 pics attatched)

Is it possible that the noise is coming from the small ones? Or should i just change all of them? If you have any recommendations it would be great, if not i will try to change them all,
