Yes absolutely. Double checked it as well.

I woke up one morning with my tv not want to turn on. I replaced the y sustain main board and tv finally came on but the picture was horrible color issue.. Even on menu the colors weren't right. Black is like a teel color. I've metered all volts everything is a ok on x and y. Buffers don't have any shorts they are getting good volts from sustain. No fet or diodes problem. Power supply is in perfect working condition. The only thing I think it may be is. Logic board, video board or panel. That's all that's left.
