Yes i can do it.where i can measure it?where is the best place?i had read another forums , and i started to take out each fuse from y main and then from x main to check them.but after i disconnected the fuse from x main the display started to have some shadow.i turned off and the reinstalled the fuse on x main board.the tv now start and the screen is black and after a few seconds i hear a relee like turn off something.on the back with the metal panel out after i turn on the tv i can see 3 green leds and after a few seconds i hear the relee and then...

Hello.i have a neovia neopl-4200es plasma but inside is all samsung.the display have lost the coulors and a little bit flashing the image when is a lot ow white.i attach a photo with the peoblem and with the components.
Can anybody help me please?...
