UPDATE:
I found someone with an identical TV and swapped my A board with his. The problem disappeared on mine and was transferred to his TV.

So it's definitely something to do with that board. Does that lead you to any other potential conclusions?

SYMPTOMS:
TV was working fine until going into storage in the garage for 6 months. Possibly a little cold and damp, but nothing beyond usual. Now, TV will turn on no problem but upon turning on a second time, will not power up – just green LED then straight to blinking either 2 or 3 red blinks (seems to randomly be either code).

If I disconnect the TV for 24 hours and let discharge, can then plug in and turn on no problem. But if turning off after 10 sec or half hour (does't seem to make a difference), will not be...

I'm newish in this world. More hobby than anything. I love tinkering with all things, engines, computers, consumer electronics. If anyone has suggestions on online courses or websites like codecademy for html/css, would love to pick up some new info and learn along the way.
