Thanks for the suggestions . Is the BGA chip the one with the heat sink on it ?
Have tried heat didn't make any difference . Will try testing from BLON pin for shorts and try and work backwards .

    Toshiba 46HL900A

I have a Toshiba tv which i got working a year ago had a bad led . Every so often it would get stuck on standby with green led on , so i would unplug from power and it would reset and work fine . Now it wont reset any more standby light goes from red to green and wont come out no matter weather you use remote or power button . The inverter board and backlights work when forced to start . The only thing not working is Blon .
Any help much appreciated , hoping its not an eprom problem ....

HI hope some one can ? I have a Pioneer Plasma pdp-50mxe1 , it wont turn on . What its doing is stby red led is on when I go to turn it on green led comes on and I hear relays clicking , then it flashes 2 red led blinks .
I have removed back cover and checked voltages . Stby voltage 3.3V is working and red led on power supply stays on . Have removed ysus and xsus board cables no difference . Have checked all supply rails to see if they come up for that brief second and they do . Is there a way to force power supply with a 1k resistor across stby and 3.3volt line ? Not sure where to start...

Hope some one can lead me in the right direction .
I was given an Lg 60PC1D-AA Plasma tv i was told it had sound put no picture .
Problem is the Y Sus board , have found Q24 sum45n25 shorted and two resistors that are open R250 and R251 i think they are 1R5 not sure if some one could help me with the resistor numbers it would be great . Have tested all the fuses which are every where and testing all the low ohm resistors . If i have missed any thing it would be much appreciated if you could suggest any thing else that might need to be replaced . Can those resistors be replace with...
