Finally i change 3 30f131 and 3 rpj30h2a. Unplug the SD and SU board and jump sc50.
Start TV and grenn Light and fan run. Reconnect the SD and SU, and boom! Perfect picture, no more 7 blinking red light and no horizontal bar in the low part of the Tv on startup.

Ok, i buy a repair kit for my SC board. Il will wait for the SD board.
I hope that i will not scrap my repaired sc board when i will plug it.
I dont know if a defect sc board can cause a horizontal bar but not scrap the SD.
I will return to you when i Will receive my pieces ans fix the sc

i have for VF5V : 2.6K only
and 4-5 M for the other one....

with all connector unplug betwwen SC and SD and between SU and SD
VF5V : 39 M
VSCN_F : 40++
VFO : 40 ++
Probe invert
VF5V : 4,5 M
VSCN_F : 40++

I think my meter can go up to 40 M
When I test the junction of R696-r9=699 I have 4M (not stable)
to pin 3 of IC 724 2.6K (stable)
When put on sound mode for continuity, no sound for short

hello,
English is not my first language, but I will try to explain you my situation
I have also 7 flashing red light, but since 1 month before I started to have a rather gray bar appear in the lower part of the TV by turning on. It disappear after 5-10 minutes.
My SC card is shorted at this moment when I test it.
When I test the sd/su card does not seem shorted. What to do, I just change the SC board ? What to do to know if I need to change the sd or su board?
