I striped the UE55D7000 panel apart and I found two LED strips, one on the left and another on the right.

The strips are like tw2005 described, a metal plate wit a LED strip glue on it. The LEDs are mounted vertical on the strip. See picture attached.

Anyway I found one LED with bad solder (joint fracture) on the right strip, and it fall off when I touch it. All other LEDs seam in place and working fine when tested individually with...

Apparently I had the same problem as tw2005, with my UE55D7000 LED TV.

Any success with 5030 LEDs from ALIBABA?
