• Re: Need help picking correct capacitor

Thanks for the help everyone I appreciate it.

One more question, one of the capacitors i need is out of stock.
This one here.

Would one of these one be a suitable replacement?

• Re: Need help picking correct capacitor

Ok I have been looking at the datasheet and I think I have it figured out.

A question I have though is what does a Y or L at the end of the part number mean.

Example, what is the difference beside size and endurance.
EEUFR1E471Y
EEUFR1E471L
EEUFR1E471

Stj said not to get a L version, but the endurance hours are higher on the L and Y. Should I just stick with EEUFR1E471 even though it has the lowest endurance hours?

So i need two of these.
http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/EEU-FR1V681/P14514-ND/2504783

And one of these right?
http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/EEU-FR1E102/P14424-ND/2433558?enterprise=44

So it shouldnt matter if they are not the exact same size (diameter and height) as long as they aren't bigger than the old ones?

Also I wrote down all of the capacitors on what i assume is the power supply here they are ( the measurements are as close as i could...

• Need help picking correct capacitor

I have a cheap 32 inch tv that has trouble turning on. It takes 3 or 4 trys to turn it on in the morning.

I removed the back cover and discover 3 bulging capacitors. There are 2 purple capacitors labled as 680uf 35v with a number CD286C on them, and one green capacitor labeled 1000uf 25 v and a number CD286 on it. Both have a logo that says YST and F6 printed on them. I measured them and the 680uf 35v was 12.5mm Diameter and 22mm tall, and the 1000uf 25v was 10mm Diamter and 20mm tall.

I looked for replacements and found these on digikey.com.
