I removed the cap ... the pads still reading 0.01 ohm ""shorted"" .... also PL14 reading short on board .... what to do ??

Guys .. I found pc102 cap is shorted ... maybe it is the problem ??

there was no voltage ... I found PL1 was missing so there is voltage now.
I ask you what to check!

of course cyberhack ... i need to know where are the voltage reading points ... the voltage for charging battery ... CPU voltage and where to check it

the laptop is not turn on then I found PL1 is missing i brought new one it worked but it still show no display and turn of after a few seconds ... the voltage that's go to battery is 2v ... help me with this plz guys and show me the process for general lap repair.
