I'm new here and glad to be a part of this component level community. Some members have posted here previously regarding my or, similar issues. These 3 threads can be reviewed here:

My concern is I do not want to simply replace the two capacitors I see that have bulging tops (582 & 583). It has been clear to me that VR's can also be involved in this repair so, I want to ensure I have the correct voltage before naively replacing these two capacitors....
