So I've done a good amount of googling to find that what I need is either need new capacitors on the power supply or buy a new power supply board to make my 2 Soyo's work again. I would much prefer the capacitor route since it would be much cheaper than paying $50/PSU board.

Every one of the guides I've found for fixing a Soyo is either for the 22" or 24" models, which have noticeably different and smaller PSU's.

I disassembled one of them and can only see one capacitor that could be bad. It is the only one that has a slight bulge, and everything else looks...
