My Viewsonic VCDTS21410-1M (aka: P817) CRT keeps shutting down after a few seconds. When I push the on button I can hear it starting and the front indicator light turns green for a few seconds and then there is a soft click and the green light turns red for good. I have tested other monitors and they all work great with my computer. Please H-E-L-P. Thanks.
