I didn't see a trap switch and some digging didn't uncover anything. What readings should I be getting on the pins?

hello all. So I've had this tv for my kids playroom for many years (since 2006) and has worked flawlessly until last week. My son played Xbox and turned it off and went to bed. Next day it would not power on. No storms in my area during this time. I had it on a surge but in a re-shuffle of cables it got plugged into the wall so I know that is what I get I suppose by not paying attention. Anyhow, thought I would attempt to fix it. I opened it up and replaced four 8 amp fuses but no effect. No standby light or any power whatsoever. Didn't see any bulging caps. Power supply board maybe? Is this...

hey all. Awesome site. I have had several sets fail in the past and have been able to fix with new power supplies or mainboards and saved myself a few bucks. They were LCD and LED. I have an old plasma I plan to ask a question about with a new thread hoping someone can confirm my theory with it.
