Had to set this project aside for awhile, but yes the ribbon that was disconnected was at SC20.
Doesn't seem worth the risk on replacement parts to try and fix this one.

Help all (1st time post):
I've gained a little bit of knowledge on this TV from searching this forum and other internet sources, and think I've partially figured out that SU & SD boards are bad, SC probably is, but that A might also be faulty.
Here's what I've done:
1st,
-isolated SU board, resistance was 1.08Mohm (spec 2.1)
-isolated SD board, resistance was 1.06Mohm (spec 2.1)
-isolated SC board, got no or variable readings for resistance
-at power up, went to 7 click sequence
2nd check,
-put jumper on SC50 (stuck...

Hi, obviously I'm new here, and have been monitoring a bunch of internet forums for advice on repairing two Plasma TV (Panasonic TC-54PS14, Pioneer PDP-434PU). The TV's are a buddies of mine, and were just sitting in his garage, so I'm taking a flyer on trying to fix them (we each keep one if they can be economically fixed).
After being able to use the search function (restricted for newbies) I'll probably post my problem w/ each TV unless fixed from existing threads.
