Re: Panasonic 3d Plasma TC-p50st50 6 blinks no power
I believe you are correct. Yes I changed my mind haha. No burn marks, connections, screws all in place. Ill take the chance for $52 for Y sus and both buffers from someone I deal with quite a bit online. Thanks for the help, Ill let you know if this thing fires up. Yes I have my antistatic bracelet on. Ive fried a very expensive Samsung 3d main board by barely touching it in the past. Learning from the little mistakes to be more careful. I have 50 tvs to work on, Fixed 15 thus far. Some with solder work, others board changes....

Panasonic 3d Plasma TC-p50st50 6 blinks no power
So my plasma has the 6 blink code. No power only blinking light. I started by checking all connections. All good there. Nothing is marked for voltages on these boards. I have 215 volts going to the X and Y sus boards. I have nothing else to go from here. I also disconnected ribbons from the Y board to attempt getting 7 blinks but I still have 6. It seems like the A board is the issue. Just want to confirm

2 year old Samsung UN60EH6003 Missing one third image
Thinking T con first, main board second, bad panel third.
Both boards are very expensive for this tv so Ill see if anyone has seen this before and I will then go ahead with ordering a part.
Some vertical lines on left hand of screen accompanied by missing part of image. Already reseated cables, ribbons to Tcon with no change....

Re: Horizontal greenish lines on Samsung UN55D6050
Also hard to see but on one of two ribbons from the t con to panel, there is a pin or two that seem to have been damaged but all pins checked to be okay with the meter and when I swapped the two, nothing changed. My next guess is main board or bad panel

Horizontal greenish lines on Samsung UN55D6050
I just replaced the T con board and lines still exist. They are constant, they do not move or ghost. They take up most of the display, more toward the right and get faint as they go left. Any Ideas?

Re: 54" Panasonic Viera Plasma won't turn on after firmware update via Router
TV is fixed. Tried a different outlet on a different circuit.Last edited by bobbygiammarco1988; 12-03-2014, 05:53 PM.

54" Panasonic Viera Plasma won't turn on after firmware update via Router
I have a tc-p54g10
It worked perfectly 5 minutes ago and I did the suggested firmware update when the TV prompted me to after connecting it to my router via ethernet cable.
I let it load the firmware. It turned off. I turned it back on. it said initializing, TV will restart. Max 3 minutes.
It never turned back on so I turned it on and now it blinks red steadily. No set number. Obviously the firmware update went bad. I've held the power button for 10 seconds, unplugged for 5 minutes. Tried that multiple times with no change. What's next? I have some experience...Last edited by bobbygiammarco1988; 12-03-2014, 05:46 PM.

Re: capacitor values for a Samsung t5054 plasma 50" y main board
Thanks for the info, I soldered on new fuse f5700 which is a 1amp on y main board as well as those capacitors with new ones and no change. Fuse did not blow this time. I will now have to check voltages and transistors again. And yes I found these y buffers go the most.Last edited by bobbygiammarco1988; 10-24-2014, 10:53 PM.

capacitor values for a Samsung t5054 plasma 50" y main board
Have a Samsung t5054 and it doesn't turn on but powers on. There is a fuse blown on the board and someone put 25v capacitors on c5709 and C5300, luckily the fuse blew so it did no other damage but I need values in order to put new capacitors on. Third pic is the blown green fuse that will need to be replaced. Please help...
