It reads the same when off an on, as soon as I plug it in the front light turns on to blue it's supposed to be red on this tv when power is off...

Ok power supply model# is megmeet mlt199tl, I've already replaced the power supply. I'm going to check all voltages when tv is on/off and I'll report back,Leave a comment:

Hey I have a fluid 46" lcd tv about 4 years old model number 1602103, tv worked one night went to turn it on and nothing. So when I first plug it in the wall i hear a click and the small indicator light turns on blue bottom corner of tv, (this light is usually red when powers off) now indicator light is always solid blue. So I hear no sound or lights on my tv, screen is black no glowing, I opened up the back of it, couldn't see any blown or leaking caps, I ordered a new power supply board pArt#mlt199tl, didn't fix any thing same thing, so when I do a voltage test I get the right voltage... -
